Z's Steak & Chop Haus
Z's Steak & Chop Haus is a European style prime steakhouse that proudly serves only the finest cuts of prime aged steaks, local steaks when available, chops, seafood and European-style items. Our steaks and chops are simply seasoned with Utah's Redmond Sea Salt and cracked black pepper. Try our signature dishes such as Wiener Schnitzel, Bone-In Ribeye and Creme Brule.
Our steaks are cooked to your liking in a broiler reaching 1800oF which sears the outside while locking in the natural juices.
